Mobility Scooter Life guarantees that all products are manufactured and assembled using quality materials and standard procedures. This Limited Warranty (referred to as “this Warranty”) applies exclusively to purchases made through Mobility Scooter Life retains the right to determine the extent and applicability of this Warranty at its sole discretion, based on individual circumstances.

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This warranty covers any material or craftsmanship defects in all Mobility Scooter Life products within the scope of this warranty..

What actions will be taken to address issues?

Once a product issue is verified, we may offer a part replacement, a full product exchange, or a partial/full refund—particularly if a replacement is unavailable due to stock limitations. If Mobility Scooter Life requests that a defective or damaged item be returned, we will cover all associated return or replacement shipping costs.

What is the duration of the warranty and after-sales service?

Mobility Scooter Life products are backed by a warranty ranging from 1 to 5 years, along with lifetime after-sales support.

  • Rollator Walkers: Covered by a 1-year free warranty for frame defects (excludes soft components and normal wear and tear).

  • Mobility Scooters & Wheelchairs: Include a 1-year comprehensive warranty, plus an extended 5-year limited warranty.

  • Battery: Protected by a 6-month warranty.

Note: The warranty durations listed above cover the majority of our products. Some items may carry different terms, so please consult the product manual for specific warranty details.

If any issues occur during the warranty period, customers may request an exchange, refund, or return. For full return instructions and eligibility, please refer to the Mobility Scooter Life Return Policy.

How to claim warranty service and support?

Step 1: Verify if your product is still covered under warranty. Step 2: If it is, please contact us at mails@mobilityscooterlife.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product name or model

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Step 3: Our support team will promptly assess your case and provide guidance on the next steps.

The following situations are not covered by the Mobility Scooter Life warranty.

Please Note:

  1. Loss or theft of the product is not covered under this warranty.

  2. Normal wear and tear—such as worn tires, battery degradation from frequent or improper use, and surface scratches—is not included.

  3. User-related damage, including improper assembly or storage that deviates from the user manual, is excluded from warranty coverage.

  4. Neglected maintenance may lead to damage that falls outside the scope of the warranty and could render the product irreparable over time.

  5. Environmental and external causes, such as commercial use, accidents, extreme weather, natural disasters, or exposure to high heat and humidity, are not eligible for warranty service.

  6. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
