Kindly reminder: 

  1. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging to qualify for return.

  2. Returns that haven’t been authorized in advance will not be accepted, and shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

  3. Once your return request is approved, please ship the item within 5 days to prevent cancellation.

  4. After shipping, be sure to email us the tracking number so we can begin processing.

  5. Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Exceptions for 30-Day Returns

  1. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the delivery date.

  2. Due to hygiene reasons, opened personal care or health-related items are not eligible for return. However, if these items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us—we’re here to help and will make it right

Exchange Products

If you want to exchange a product, please drop us a line at your earliest convenience to inquire about possibilities and arrangements. Make sure to include your order number. We will respond within one working day.

Package Loss

If you suspect your package is lost, contact us with your order number and tracking number so that our customer service team can initiate a package loss claim. This will help recover your lost or missing package. The process will take 7 days until formal confirmation is received from the shipping company.
